Store Return Policies

We hope that you love our products just as much as we do! If you happen to receive damaged or defective product please email us at coteauchicboutique@gmail.com at your earliest convenience so that we can mend this unfortunate situation quickly & effectively!

We strongly encourage you to take your time when making your selections prior to purchasing to ultimately avoid the return process. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us at coteauchicboutique@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have about our products including sizing, style, etc.  Please allow 2 business days for online purchases to be shipped out. 

Items not available for return include sale items, bath & body products, candles, swimwear, undergarments, jewelry, drink ware, & anything stained, ripped, torn, washed or odorous.  Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase & must have original tags still attached along with the original receipt of purchase & original packaging.  Any returns received after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted or available for store credit. 

Coteau Chic Boutique offers refunds to the original forms of payment or in-store credit will be issued once your return has been inspected & processed. Please allow 2 business days for returns to be inspected & processed before the refund is processed. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
